One of the reasons we call ourselves “Your Hometown National Carrier” is the personal approach we take to running our company. Our Customer Relationship Teams are good examples of that approach.

In each of our 27 regional Service Centers, we organize our staff into small working groups of three people: a Market Manager who is your primary contact, a Driver Manager who dispatches our driving associates, and a Team Leader who does both, and more. In fact, every member of a Market Management Team is capable of doing the job of any other member. If a Driver Manager is not available, the Market Manager can step up and dispatch the load, and vice versa.

It’s a system built on communication and cooperation. Your Market Manager gets to know your account intimately, and learns to anticipate your needs. They’re trained to think proactively, and come to you with solutions before you even know there’s a problem.

This model often extends to our driving associates, who are frequently assigned dedicated routes for regular customers. They get to know your procedures, your processes, and your particular way of doing things, so they become very proficient at servicing your account.

We like to break our operations down into manageable tasks to get things done. The net result is better, more timely, more reliable service for you, and greater pride and satisfaction for us.
